Stoat

Stoat is a general-purpose WordPress theme for marketing sites, landing pages, personal blogs and newsletters. It makes no requests to third-party servers: no external fonts, scripts or trackers. Fonts come from the system font stack or the WordPress Font Library. The theme loads one stylesheet and one script. The Customizer has colors for text, accent, background and meta text; separate fonts for body, headings, navigation and logo; three header layouts with a light or dark skin; and a header button. Pages and posts each have a default content width, narrow or full. Archives can feature the newest post as a hero and set thumbnail side, ratio and width, excerpt length, and each meta item. Also included: three menu locations, a footer widget area, a search dialog, social icons matched to each link’s URL, sticky post styling, and editor styles that match the front end. Compatible with the LetterWP newsletter plugin. Live preview: https://stoat.owldraft.com
